Bridgewater Closes Out Men's Soccer Season Against Washington and Lee On Senior Day


BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Bridgewater College will wrap up its men's soccer season Tuesday when the Eagles host Washington and Lee University for Senior Day at Jopson Field.

Prior to the start of Tuesday's contest, the Eagles will recognize its two seniors on this year's squad - Jack Bottoms and Kevin Milluzzi.

Bottoms, a goalkeeper from Lynchburg, Va., has seen action in nine games during his senior year with five starts in goal. He played all 110 minutes and recorded five saves in Bridgewater's 1-1 tie against ODAC foe Randolph College a week ago. Bottoms is an International Studies major.

Milluzzi has been a mainstay in the Eagles' lineup since arriving on campus for his freshman year. The  Eagles have played 72 matches during his career and Milluzzi has played in all but three with 63 starting assignments. Milluzzi is a History & Political Science major from Cleveland, Ohio.

The contest against W&L is slated for a 4:00 p.m. start. The seniors will be recognized 15 minutes prior to the start of the game.
