Wisniewski Breaks School Record at Virginia Tech Last Chance Meet

BLACKSBURG, Va – Senior Tim Wisniewski broke not only his personal record, but a Bridgewater record in the 800 meter run at the Virginia Tech last chance meet.

Wisniewski crossed the line in eighth place overall with a time of 1:56.82, breaking Jake Griffin's record from 2007 and placing him first in the Bridgewater record books.

Senior Ryan Speray competed in the mile run and finished 17th place with a time of 4:22.98.

In the 60 meter dash, Jacob Wright finished 10th in the preliminaries with 7.17 seconds and just missed the mark to compete in finals.

Freshman Pete Monteleone placed 10th in the triple jump for the Eagles with a best of 6.65 meters.
