WINCHESTER, Va. - Shenandoah rallied after losing the first game to defeat Bridgewater College in four games in non-conference volleyball action.
The Eagles posted a 25-19 win in the opening game, but the Hornets rallied to win the next three games 25-16, 25-22, 25-21 to claim the victory.
Katie Long (Floyd, Va./Floyd County) had a strong game at the net with 15 kills and a .355 hitting percentage and Katie Baker (Strasburg, Va./Strasburg) added 11 kills. Lindsay Kallam (Virginia Beach, Va./Princess Anne) paced the Eagles with 33 assists and Morgan Foster (Stafford, Va./Mountain View) contributed to 10 digs.
The Eagles, now 12-13, will close out the regular season this weekend at the St. Mary's Seahawk Invitational.
