Self-Release Form
Bridgewater College Transfer Information

Student-athletes who are looking to transfer to Bridgewater College from another school must go through a release from their current school, which varies by Division.

If you are a student-athlete at a Division I or Division II institution, you must get in touch with the compliance coordinator at Bridgewater College, Scott Hearn, to allow any Bridgewater College head coach to speak to you about the prospect of transferring.

If you are a student-athlete seeking to transfer to Bridgewater College from another Division III institution, you may fill out the self-release form at the link above and sign and send this form to the director of athletics, Curt Kendall. You may send this form via facsimile, email or standard mail, but the form must include a signature.  If this form is emailed, it still must include a scanned signature.
