In Novice on the Flat, Georgia Osborne garnered fifth-place team points while Isabel Ammendolia grabbed Bridgewater's lone first place of the day as an individual.  Jumping for Bridgewater in the Novice Over Fences Division for team points was Georgia Osborne while Laurin Watts placed third as an individual.

In the Intermediate Division, Samantha Hawrysko placed sixth in both the flat and fences divisions for team points.  Caroline Shipe competed in both classes as an individual.

Bridgewater's lone Open rider, Michael Golinowski failed to place on the flat, but finished in fifth place over fences for the team.

Bridgewater director of riding Jerry Schurink noted that the IHSA and IDA teams along with equestrian club members helped the Eagles put on a first-class competition, starting with an amazing rendition of the National Anthem by Bridgewater College senior equestrians Jessica and Rebecca Scoggins.

The IHSA riders are back in action Saturday when they travel to Randolph College.
