Men's Track and Field Wraps Up Camel City Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Bridgewater College men's track and field team had a strong showing on day two of the Camel City Invite.

Chase Rosenthal led the field events with a fourth place finish in the triple jump (13.30m/43'7.75). Christopher Moore came in 12th (12.33m/40'5.50) and Rashon Davis placed 14th (12.19m/40'0").

Corey Huffman took 18th in the shot put (12.16m/39'10.75") with Michael Lotts not far behind in 21st (11.73m/38'6").

Davonta Womack impressed with a fourth place finish in the 60m after running a 6.89. He finished in front of several Divison 1 and Division 2 runners. 

James Mayo finished 21st in the 400m (52.89) followed by Andre Martin in 22nd (52.89).

The team returns to action next weekend at the VMI Winter Relays in Lexington.
